Terms of sale and website use

1. Current purchase status

Purchases are unavailable. Dodo Payments merchant and product review, the exact transaction-seller entity, India-facing responsibility allocation, and the live payment-delivery-refund journey are not yet approved. A displayed planned price, release notice, sample, or product description is not an active offer and does not create a reservation, order, or right to purchase.

Catalogue figures are edition-specific and are stated in section 5 and on each linked product route. Each listed figure is for a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. The final total, including applicable tax and any mandatory charge, will be displayed before payment if sales open.

2. Website operator and product supplier

The website is operated by Kabushiki Kaisha Fermion, trading as InshiHub, from 8F MIEUX Shibuya Building, 5-3 Maruyamacho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0044, Japan. Kabushiki Kaisha Fermion is the creator, supplier, licensor, and product-support provider for InshiHub products. Full identity and readiness disclosures appear in the seller information.

3. Proposed Dodo Payments resale relationship

If checkout opens and Dodo Payments approves and processes an order, the exact Dodo Payments group entity disclosed at checkout and on the invoice, and confirmed in the applicable transaction documents, will act as the authorised reseller, merchant of record, and transaction seller. Dodo's current generic public Buyer Terms do not identify that exact entity. The buyer will purchase the product from the identified Dodo entity only after that identity is confirmed. Kabushiki Kaisha Fermion will remain responsible for product rights, description, quality, corrections, licence content, and product-level support.

Subject to the executed reseller arrangement and mandatory law, the identified Dodo entity is expected to handle the resale transaction, payment collection, receipt or invoice, transaction-level payment support, fraud and dispute handling, transaction-refund execution, and applicable indirect-tax functions. Dodo's current Buyer Terms and privacy notice describe those functions in general, but do not yet establish the exact India transaction entity or resolve every product-licence, remedy, and responsibility conflict. These terms will continue to govern website use, the product licence, content, corrections, and product support. Checkout will remain disabled until the exact allocation and precedence are confirmed. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

4. Eligibility and agreement

A purchaser must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. A parent or legal guardian must make any future purchase intended for a person under 18.

Before any future payment, the purchaser will be asked to take an affirmative action confirming that they reviewed the product description and samples; agree to the current versions of these terms, the privacy notice, the refund policy, and the digital delivery policy; expressly request immediate digital supply; and confirm that they reviewed the voluntary change-of-mind position. Immediate supply or a download will not be treated as waiving a mandatory consumer right. No agreement control will be pre-selected.

5. Product description

The relevant product route and samples describe the edition. The final checkout disclosures, the confirmed Dodo transaction documents, and mandatory law will govern the resale transaction, total price, payment, invoice, and transaction-refund process. These terms govern website use, the product licence, content, corrections, and product support. A generic provider term will not reduce a mandatory consumer right.

6. Digital delivery and licence

A future completed purchase is intended to provide a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one copy of the PDF for the purchaser's own study. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

• The purchaser may download and retain the supplied copy within the access conditions disclosed before payment.
• The purchaser may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, upload, share access credentials, or create a competing commercial product from the guide.
• Reasonable quotation for criticism, review, teaching, scholarship, or another use permitted by applicable law is not restricted.

If sales open, Fermion will be responsible for the digital product and its delivery. After Dodo confirms payment, Fermion will fulfil delivery through Dodo-hosted purchase confirmation, delivery email, and customer-portal access. Hosted download links are short-lived and may be refreshed through the customer portal while the entitlement remains active. The purchaser may retain a successfully downloaded copy for personal study. Exact delivery, recovery, and access conditions will be disclosed before payment and appear in the digital delivery policy.

7. Educational scope and corrections

InshiHub provides study material, not an admission, examination score, employment, scholarship, or academic-outcome guarantee. Users must consult the examination body's current official notices for dates, eligibility, syllabus, rules, and answer-key decisions.

Mathematical content is reviewed carefully, but an error may still occur. Reports are handled under the corrections policy. A material defect or material difference from the advertised product may also qualify for a remedy under the refund policy and applicable law.

8. Official source material and intellectual property

Official paper names, source links, problem numbers, and short non-substituting locators are used for identification. Rights in official papers, figures, names, marks, and logos remain with their respective owners. InshiHub does not claim official affiliation or endorsement.

Rights in InshiHub's original explanations, derivations, verification notes, editorial text, and site design are reserved by their owner. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Acceptable website use

Users must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully. Public pages may be accessed and indexed in accordance with the site's published technical directives.

10. Refunds, cancellation, and complaints

Future digital-product requests will be handled under the refund policy. In summary, product-level remedy eligibility will be assessed under that policy and mandatory law, while the identified Dodo transaction seller will execute an agreed or legally required transaction refund. A remedy may apply for duplicate payment, a rescinded resale transaction, inability to supply, non-delivery or delivery after the disclosed schedule, unreadable or corrupted content, material defect, or material misdescription.

Complaints are handled under the grievance redressal process. There is no consumer cancellation fee.

11. Privacy

The privacy notice explains information processed for site delivery, release alerts, analytics, support, and any future order. Payment information submitted to Dodo Payments or its payment providers is also governed by the notices presented at Dodo checkout.

12. Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InshiHub is not responsible for an indirect or consequential loss arising only from reliance on educational content. This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful, and does not exclude liability or remedies for fraud, wilful misconduct, a defective or deficient product, material misdescription, or another matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory guarantee, refund, compensation, complaint, or other consumer right available under applicable Indian law.

13. Governing law and consumer forum

These Fermion terms are governed by the laws of Japan only for website use, the product licence, content, corrections, and product support, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the purchaser's place of residence. Dodo's Buyer Terms specify the law and forum governing the resale transaction. No clause requires an Indian consumer to waive a non-waivable right to approach a competent consumer authority, commission, court, or other available forum.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted at a future checkout will be recorded and will govern that order unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the purchaser. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
