Because this site specifically serves India, Fermion is obtaining a written Indian corporate-law classification rather than assuming that the absence of an employee, office, or server in India settles the question.

Fermion proposes to supply the product from Japan to Dodo for resale. We are obtaining written confirmation of the Dodo entity that would sell to Indian buyers and which entity owns each India-facing customer-care, grievance, nodal, tax, invoicing, and registration obligation. The proposed reseller structure is not treated as eliminating any requirement. Checkout remains disabled until that allocation is confirmed and every required contact is displayed.

Website operator, product supplier, and transaction seller

Kabushiki Kaisha Fermion, trading as InshiHub, operates this website and creates, supplies, licenses, and supports InshiHub products. If checkout opens and Dodo Payments approves and processes an order, the exact Dodo Payments group entity disclosed at checkout and on the invoice, and confirmed in the applicable transaction documents, will act as the authorised reseller, merchant of record, and transaction seller. Dodo's current generic public Buyer Terms do not identify that exact entity. The buyer will purchase from the identified Dodo entity only after that identity and allocation are confirmed.

Fermion will remain responsible for product rights, description, quality, corrections, licence content, and product-level support. Subject to the executed reseller arrangement and mandatory law, the identified Dodo entity is expected to handle the resale transaction, payment collection, transaction receipt or invoice, transaction-level payment support, fraud and dispute handling, transaction-refund execution, and applicable indirect-tax functions. Its current Buyer Terms describe those functions in general but do not resolve the exact India entity or every responsibility conflict. Checkout remains disabled until they are resolved.

Held products and route-specific catalogue figures
