Digital delivery policy

This page describes the proposed Dodo-hosted electronic delivery process. No delivery promise applies until the integrated flow is approved and tested.

1. Current status

Purchases are unavailable. Dodo Payments merchant and product review, the exact transaction-seller entity, India-facing responsibility allocation, and the live payment-delivery-refund journey are not yet approved. No delivery obligation or access right can currently arise. Catalogue figures are specific to the product routes listed below, but no checkout offer is active or available for purchase.

A current browser and a PDF reader capable of opening a standard PDF are required. The public samples can be used to check presentation and compatibility before payment.

3. Delivery method and timing

If sales open, the intended delivery process will be:

  1. the purchaser reviews the final product description, total price, samples, delivery terms, Dodo Buyer Terms, and refund policy and provides the required affirmative consents;
  2. Dodo processes the resale transaction and confirms whether payment succeeded;
  3. after confirmed payment, Fermion fulfils delivery by making the PDF available through Dodo-hosted purchase confirmation and delivery email; and
  4. the purchaser may later obtain a fresh short-lived download link through the Dodo customer portal while the entitlement remains active.

Any InshiHub post-payment page will be supplementary and shown only after verified order confirmation. Pending payments are not treated as paid. The final timing and non-delivery threshold will be published only after the live journey has been tested. A support investigation will not cause a second charge.

4. Download links, portal access, and retained copy

  • Dodo-hosted download links are short-lived and expire automatically.
  • A buyer can obtain a fresh link through the Dodo customer portal while the entitlement remains active.
  • The purchaser may retain the successfully downloaded PDF indefinitely for personal study under the licence in the terms of sale.

Exact link duration, portal availability, redownload limits, and recovery steps shown by Dodo at purchase will control. No Dodo entitlement or portal-access promise will be advertised until the integrated journey has passed end-to-end testing.

5. No physical shipping or customs delivery

Each proposed product is a digital download. No physical shipping address, courier fee, delivery slot, or parcel customs process applies. Billing-location information may still be required by Dodo for payment, fraud prevention, or tax.

6. Non-delivery and verified recovery

  1. Confirm that Dodo reports the transaction as successful and check the purchase email, spam folder, and Dodo customer portal.
  2. Email contact@fermion.company from the purchase email address with the Dodo order or receipt reference, product title, and purchase date for a product-delivery or file-quality issue.
  3. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or one-time authentication code.

We will acknowledge the request within 48 hours, investigate payment and delivery records, and provide working delivery, another appropriate remedy, or a refund where required under the refund policy and applicable law.

Dodo transaction or portal-access issues should use Dodo's charge and refund guidance page, which points purchasers to the support email in their transaction email, the route shown on the receipt, or the customer portal. The guidance page is not represented as a complaint-intake form. Fermion will support product fulfilment and defects and will cooperate with Dodo after the purchase email and order evidence are matched.

7. File problems and accessibility

A corrupted or unreadable file, or a file materially different from its advertised description, qualifies for investigation and an appropriate remedy. Accessibility limitations and the alternate-format request process appear in the accessibility statement.

8. Corrections and replacement versions

Confirmed material errors will be handled under the corrections policy. Where a corrected replacement is required, it will be supplied through the method shown in the Dodo order or customer portal, or another verified replacement channel. Fermion will record eligibility and content version. No replacement workflow will be advertised until tested.
