Two-paper transfer test

What GATE Mathematics 2025 and 2026 Can Reveal About Your Error Pattern

Compare 110 subject-question attempts from GATE MA 2025 and 2026 by repeated error cause, then use the second paper as a transfer test.

Published and checked 2026-08-31 · Fermion / InshiHub India · report a suspected error

Use the official 2025 repository and 2026 repository as the source authority. Each MA subject section runs from Q11 to Q65, so the two papers provide 110 subject-question attempts. That is enough to test whether your cause of error repeats; it is not enough to declare what GATE 2027 will emphasise.

2025 MA PDF MA key 55 solution units, 59 pages
2026 MA PDF MA key 55 solution units, 58 pages

Build a ledger with locator, self-authored skill label, format, result, confidence, primary cause, repair, and later transfer result. Compare “model error repeated twice” or “NAT scale error repeated twice,” not “topology appeared twice.” The latter is a sample count; the former changes next week’s work.

Use the second paper as a transfer test

After auditing 2025, choose one recurring cause and make a specific repair: a theorem-choice checklist, an MSQ truth table, or a NAT scale check. Then attempt the relevant 2026 work cold. Improvement on changed inputs is stronger evidence than re-solving the same question from memory.

The live GATE Mathematics library offers samples of its independently authored checks and error notes. Official paper wording remains at the official sites. Sources, catalogue state, and page counts checked on 31 August 2026.
